APPLICATION CHECKLIST
Please make sure you have all the items in the check list prepared and ready before starting your application:
1) Resume
2) Project description including timeline, objectives and outcomes
3) Two written references - to be scanned and saved as 2 PDF files to be uploaded.
4) Budget for entire project
5) The Vimeo URL of your three minute video
6) Headshot - in jpg format, 72 dpi, no more than 500x500 pixels and 300kb.
7) $25 USD registration fee to be paid via PayPal at the finish of the application process
After you complete your application, you may return at any time before the deadline to login to view your application.
